Applicant Agreement

I hereby make application for member ship in the Susquehanna Valley Amateur Radio Club. Having read the constitution and by-laws of this organization, it is fully understood and agreed that I shall do my utmost to uphold and abide by the foresaid. I further understand that my continued interest and activity, together with regular attendance of the monthly business meetings and payment of dues are the sole requirements for retaining my membership in good standing.
