Monthly SVARC Meeting

Visitors welcome!

SVARC meetings are open to both licensed amateur radio operators and visitors who are curious about the hobby.

You do not need to be licensed, own a radio, or have prior experience to attend. Many people come simply to listen, ask questions, or get a better sense of what amateur radio is and how a local club fits into it.

Meetings typically include brief club updates, informal discussion, and occasional presentations or demonstrations, along with plenty of time to talk with members before and after the meeting. You’re welcome to participate as much—or as little—as you like.

There’s no pressure to join. Visiting a meeting is simply a way to explore, meet people, and decide at your own pace whether the club or the hobby is right for you.
