Winlink Wednesday Net
The Susquehanna Valley Amateur Radio Club hosts a weekly Winlink learning and practice net focused on helping operators become comfortable using Winlink email over amateur radio.
This net is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity, whether you’re brand new to Winlink or already using it and want regular practice. Participants send a simple check-in message using Winlink Express, reinforcing real-world skills that are especially valuable for emergency communications, field operations, and off-grid messaging.
The net runs over multiple days to allow flexibility and accommodate different schedules.
How to Participate
-
Use Winlink Express software
-
Send a check-in message to: WE3D@winlink.org
-
Check-ins are accepted Wednesday through Friday
You may send your message using any Winlink-supported transport (HF, VHF/UHF, VARA, packet, etc.), making this net adaptable to a wide range of stations and experience levels.
